US Army Show Your Strong Face
The US Army holds recruiting events across the country. Increasing engagement at the events and keeping candidates engaged after the event means better recruiting results and is priority number one.

Extra Sauce leveraged the social graph in order to help the Army select the new face for their "Army Strong" campaign. We captured and digitized information from recruiting events around the nation by utilizing RFID and a Facebook app, which let fans of the page vote for the next face to represent the Army.

Candidate engagement grew by 25% on average at hundreds of events around the country fueled, in part, by the candidates' desire to be a part of Army Strong. A side benefit, The Army drew in new fans with all the family members who voted for their candidate.
